Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. (AIM:RQIH) (the "Company"), the leading non-life global specialty insurance company focussing on Program Management and Legacy Insurance businesses, today held the Annual General Meeting referred to in the Notice of AGM dated 28 May 2021.
All of the resolutions as set out in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting have been duly passed. A summary of the votes submitted is available on the Company's website.
