R&Q Insurance Holdings Ltd (AIM: RQIH) ("R&Q" or the "Group"), the leading non-life global specialty insurance company focusing on the Program Management ("Accredited") and Legacy Insurance ("R&Q Legacy") businesses, announces that it has delivered to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.rqih.com/investors/.
In addition, a notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at the Company's offices at 2.00pm on 28 July 2023 will shortly be sent to shareholders.
