The Company has been notified that on 8 December 2020 Ken Randall, the Executive Chairman of the Company, sold his interest in 6,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Randall continues to hold 4,947,648 ordinary shares which represents 2.21% of the Company's issued share capital and 2.20% of the total voting rights.
