Exercise of Share Options

Under the terms of a grant of options made on 4 September 2014, Tom Booth, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has exercised options over 148,148 ordinary shares in Randall & Quilter today at a price of 2p per share. This exercise will be met through the transfer of 68,338 ordinary shares from the Randall & Quilter Employee Benefit Trust and 79,810 shares held in treasury.  The total issued share capital of the Company will therefore remain 71,776,080.  There will be 150,190 shares remaining in treasury and the total number of voting rights after this exercise will therefore be 71,625,890.

Mr Booth is retaining all the shares from this exercise bringing his total shareholding in the Company to 807,895 shares which will represent 1.13% of the total issued share capital.

Following this exercise, there are 165,000 options outstanding including those under the Group's approved and unapproved option schemes of which all have vested but have not been exercised.
