Quarto Announces Result of Special Meeting

At the special meeting held today to approve a change of the Company's By-laws, in order to separate the role of Chairman and Chief Executive, the resolution was passed.

Tim Chadwick is therefore appointed Chairman and Marcus Leaver is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with immediate effect.
