                     The Quarto Group Inc. ('The Company')


The Board of Quarto Group today announces that on Friday 14th February 2003
options over 7,500 ordinary shares were granted to Mr Michael Mosley at an
exercise price of 83p per share.

The shares were granted under the Company's Executive Share Option scheme with
an exercise period 14th February 2006 to 13th February 2010.
