Director's Interest

Following the appointment of Jasper Judd to the board as CFO on February 27th
2001 and under the terms of his contract of employment, Mr Judd has been
issued with options over 1,232,579 Ordinary Shares of 1p, effective 11th April
2001, under the rules of the Executive Share Option Scheme. The shares are
exercisable at 25p from 12th April 2002.
