                  Appointment of Advisers and Board changes


Brainspark announces that it has, with immediate effect, appointed John East &
Partners Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Seymour Pierce Limited as its
Broker.

Barbara Thomas resigned on 19th October 2001 as a non-executive director of
the Company to pursue her other business interests.
