Result of AGM

Quadrise Fuels International PLC, the emerging supplier of MSAR®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining, and power generation markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed. 

At the beginning of the Annual General Meeting the Chairman, Ian Williams, informed the meeting that the Board had decided to withdraw Resolution 6 (disapplication of pre-emption rights).

Following the meeting, a presentation was made on progress during 2012.  A copy of the presenstation will be available on the Company's website.
