At the Annual General Meeting of Quintain Estates and Development PLC held on 4
July 2000 an increase in the authorised share capital of the Company from
£35,000,000 to £50,000,000 by the creation of 60,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p
each ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the company was
approved by the members.
