Purchase of shares in Quintain Estates and Development PLC

On 27 July Mr Nicholas Shattock, a director of Quintain Estates and Development
PLC, purchased 6,070 of the company's shares for a total consideration of 
£9,803.05, representing a purchase price of 161.5p per share.
