Directors' Dealings

The Board of Quadrise Fuels International Plc resolved on 4 July 2007 to grant
options over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Options') in accordance
with the provisions of the Company's Share Option Scheme to the Quadrise
management team including two directors, William Howe and Anthony Kallis who
abstained from voting on the grant of Options in their favour. The Options vest
over a period of two years in four equal tranches. In accordance with the Share
Options Scheme rules, the exercise price is a minimum of 12p per share. The
exercise of the options is subject to detailed performance targets.
