Director's Dealing

Quadrise was notified, today, that on 5 January 2007 Anthony Lowrie, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 14p per share. Following
this transaction, Mr Lowrie's total beneficial interest in the share capital of
the Company is 18,196,705 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.94% of the Company's
issued share capital.
