                                DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The Board recommends a final dividend for the year of 2.25p per ordinary share
in respect of the year ending 31 March 2006. The record date will be 4 August
2006. Subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will
be paid on 23 August 2006.
