Sale of Polish Home Care brands

PZ Cussons Plc, a leading consumer products group in Europe, Asia and Africa, announces the completion of the sale of its local Polish Home Care brands to Henkel.

As announced on 20 February 2013, contracts for the sale were exchanged last year as part of the Group's strategy of focussing on the development of the Personal Care business in Poland. Completion follows recent merger control clearances in Poland and Ukraine.

PZ Cussons received £46.6m cash consideration for the brands.
