APPOINTMENT OF BOARD DIRECTORS

Mr Archibald Graham Calder, currently Finance Director, is appointed Deputy
Chairman with effect from 1 January 2006.

Mr Brandon Howard Leigh is being appointed to the board of PZ Cussons Plc as
Finance Director with effect from 1 January 2006.

Mr Chris Davis is being appointed to the board of PZ Cussons Plc as Regional
Director Africa Designate with effect from 1 January 2006.

RETIREMENT OF BOARD DIRECTOR

Mr Constantin Nicoloulias will retire as an executive director of PZ Cussons Plc
with effect from 31 May 2007.
