The Company announces that it received notification on 24 August 2012, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R and paragraph 26 of the Model Code, from Helen Owers, Non-Executive Director, that she had purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (0.00002% of the shares in issue). The shares were purchased at a price of 304.9p per share on 24 August 2012.

Following this dealing Helen Owers total holding is 1000 shares in the Company representing 0.00002% of the shares in issue.

No new shares have been issued in respect of the dealing above.
