Details of Annual General Meeting

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") of Pyx Resources Limited (NSX:PYX / LSE:PYX), the third largest publicly listed zircon producing mining company globally by zircon resources, will be held virtually on Thursday, 16 May 2024 at 6.00pm (AEST) / 9.00am (BST).

Participating in the AGM online

Access to the meeting is via https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_4cutmKcXQayiZXwFg3-UFg.  Your Shareholder ID (HIN or SRN) is available on the Shareholder proxy form.

Attending the AGM online enables Shareholders to listen to the AGM live and to view presentation slides and proxy results whilst the AGM is in progress. All Shareholders will have a reasonable opportunity to ask questions during the AGM via the online platform.

All resolutions at the AGM will be decided on a poll. Shareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to lodge directed proxies in advance of the AGM.
