Timetable for full year results

Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), the UK's leading tech-led estate agency business, will now report results in the first week of August 2022.

This is to allow sufficient time to complete the audit, which this year has included additional procedures as a result of new processes and controls implemented by the Company since the last audit.

The Board continues to expect to report revenue of approximately £70 million and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately £(8.8) million as previously announced in a trading update on 25 May 2022.
