In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, PureTech Health plc (the "Company") was notified on 29 April 2016 that one of the Company's non-executive directors, Dame Marjorie Scardino, had purchased the following number of shares on the following dates at the following price:
