Notice of Delisting of Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs") issued by PPC S.A.

Public Power Corporation S.A., following its application to the UK Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and its Announcement released on 2 November 2017 with RNS number: 3701V, hereby announces that the listing and trading of its GDRs on the LSE have been cancelled on 29 November 2017, with effect from 8:00 am UK time.
