Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Prudential plc's £300,000,000 1.250 per cent Senior Notes due 16 November 2015 issued pursuant to a GBP 5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 9 December 2011, as supplemented by the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 18 October 2012 and 8 November 2012 (the "Prospectus").
