PRUDENTIAL PLC - NOTIFICATION OF RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
Following the announcements of 14 January 2000 and 18 February 2000,
Prudential plc confirms that Sir Peter Davis and Les Cullen have resigned as
directors with effect from today, 29 February 2000.
