                               Additional Listing

Provexis announces that application has been made for the admission to AIM of
3,365,871 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'),
pursuant to the exercise of options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu
with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings are expected to
commence on 11 May 2007.

Following admission of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 397,721,007
ordinary shares in issue.
