ProVen VCT plc announces that on 16 July 2004 and 19 July 2004 the Company
purchased a total of 14,000 ordinary shares of 5p each for cancellation
representing 0.06% of the issued share capital at a price of 88.5p per share.
Following this transaction the Company now has 22,794,387 shares in issue.
