ProVen VCT plc announces that on 6 March 2007 5,151,673 'C' Shares of 25p each
were issued and allotted at a price of 100 pence per share under the Offers for
Subscription made by the Company dated 14 November 2006.  9,335 'C' Shares were
issued and allotted to Andrew Davison, who is a non-executive director and
Chairman of the Company.

Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity.
