The Company announces that on 12 December 2013 it allotted a further 3,881 Ordinary Shares of 1.6187p each in respect of Shareholders who agreed to subscribe for shares under the terms of the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme and were erroneously omitted from the allotment that took place on 15 November 2013.

The shares were issued at 81.1p per share (being the latest published Net Asset Value adjusted for dividends paid).

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for these shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
