purchased  20,561 ordinary shares of 1.6187p each for cancellation, representing
0.06% of  the issued ordinary share  capital, at a price  of 71.5p per share and
7,500 D  shares of 1p each for cancellation,  representing 0.09% of the issued D
share capital, at a price of 85.5p per share.
