that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity International
Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (a
principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International), have a
notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company of 14,217,793 shares,
being 10.82% of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
