Notifiable Interest - Correction of prior notification



The Company has received notification on 13th February 2006 from Fidelity
Investments that FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C.
Johnson 3rd (a principal shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International),
submitted a notification on 23rd January, as announced on 24th January,
declaring a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company of
13,031,969 shares, being 9.91% of the current issued ordinary share capital of
the Company. This notification was made in error. The Company has additionally
been informed that the subsequent notifications received by the company on 8th
and 9th of February were correct.  The notification of 9th February, 2006
disclosed a notifiable interest of 14,217,793 shares, being 10.82% of the
current issued ordinary share capital of the company.
