ordinary shares representing 4.4% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
Capital.

These shares are or will be registered in the name of Credit Agricole Cheuvreux
International Ltd.


Credit Lyonnais Securities has an interest in 2,038,500 ordinary shares
representing 1.7% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

These shares are or will be registered in the name of Credit Lyonnais
Securities.
