                               Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 15 March 2004 by Credit Lyonnais Securities that it
has an interest in a total of 8,508,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary
Shares'), representing approximately 7.06 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital. These shares will be registered in the name of Credit
Lyonnais Securities.
