indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal Shareholder of FMR
Corp. and Fidelity International Limited) have a notifiable interest in
4,800,900 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.04% of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share Capital.
