Premier Management Holdings plc (the 'Company')

Issue of shares

The Company is pleased to announce that on 11 June 2004 it issued and allotted
2,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company for cash at an issue
price of 2p per share. The proceeds of £40,000 will be applied to increasing the
working capital of the Company. Application will be made at the earliest
practicable opportunity to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new
shares to be admitted to trading on its Alternative Investment Market.
