Premier Gold (AIM: PGR), the Central Asia-focused gold exploration and development company, was notified earlier today that, as a result of a sale of shares in the Company on 30 October 2013, Mr Barry Gold no longer holds a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
