The Company announces that 700,000 ordinary shares of 1pence each,
representing 3.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, were
purchased yesterday by SG Hambros Trust Company (Jersey) Limited as Trustees
of the Premier Management Holdings PLC ESOP. These shares were purchased at a
price of 21 pence per share.
