The Company announces that 200,000 and 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each, representing 1.5 per cent of the issued share capital of that class,
were purchased on the 13 November 2001 and 14 November 2001 respectively by SG
Hambros Trust Company (Jersey) Limited as Trustees of the Premier Management
Holdings PLC ESOP. These shares were purchased at a price of 21 pence per
share.
