Premier Management Holdings plc ('the Company') announces that
on 20 March 2000, the Non-Executive Chairman, Stuart Lucas
acquired an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the
Company at a price of 45p per share and 15,000 ordinary shares
of 1p in the Company at a price of 43p per share. The Company
was informed on 20 March 2000.
