of the Company, acquired 4,250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company at a price of 2 pence per share during the Company's recent placing of
shares. As a result of this transaction, Mr Gold currently has a beneficial
interest in (8,590,000) ordinary shares in the Company representing 12.15 per
cent of the recently enlarged issued share capital of that class.
