The Company received notification today that Stuart Lucas, a director of the
Company, today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
at a price of 21p per share.  Based on the number of shares in issue following
the completion today of the acquisition of Sports Player Management Limited, Mr
Lucas currently has a  beneficial interest in 1,430,000 ordinary shares of the
Company representing 5.82 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
