Directors Shareholding

The Company received notification today that Gerry Desler, a director of the
Company, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company
at a price of 23p per share.  Based on the number of shares in issue following
the completion today of the acquisition of Sports Player Management Limited, Mr
Desler currently has a  beneficial interest in 85,000 ordinary shares of the
Company representing 0.35 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
