Directors Shareholding

The Company received notification today that Barry Gold, a director of the
Company, yesterday purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company at a price of 19.5p per share, and 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each at a price of 21.25p per share.  Based on the number of shares in issue
following the completion today of the acquisition of Sports Player Management
Limited, Mr Gold currently has a  beneficial interest in 4,340,000 ordinary
shares of the Company representing 17.76 per cent of the issued share capital of
the Company.
