The Company announces that Christopher Varley, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR), has been granted a nil-cost option under the TPFG Share Option Plan over 20,000 shares which will vest subject to the satisfaction of the same performance target as referred to in the Company's announcement dated 1 August 2018.
