CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') yesterday announced that it has bought back
86,428 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 40p per share. These shares will be
held in treasury.


The Company now holds 405,445 Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number
of Ordinary Shares now in issue less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury following the purchase and non-cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is
28,571,136 Ordinary Shares.
