                              Total Voting Rights



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we
would like to notify the market of the following:



CSS Stellar's issued share capital consists of 28,976,581 ordinary shares of 5p
each ('Ordinary Shares') with voting rights.



There are 405,445 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in CSS Stellar is 28,571,136.



The above figure (28,571,136 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CSS
Stellar under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
