The Board of CSS Stellar plc announce that the resolutions put to the
Extraordinary General Meeting held today, 3 October 2005, were duly approved.



The Board of CSS Stellar plc also confirm that the disposal of The GEM Group
(Europe) Limited, announced on 5 September 2005, is scheduled to complete on 4
October 2005.
