Stellar Resources plc is pleased to announce that Gold Mines of Wales (Operations) Ltd ("GMOW"), the wholly owned subsidiary of Gold Mines of Wales Limited in which the Company holds a 49% interest, has today successfully extended the Exclusive Option agreement, with the Crown Mineral agents, for a further 12 months expiring on 9 February 2014. The exclusive Option agreement allows GMOW to explore for Gold and Silver over a 120 square kilometre area of Gwynedd in North Wales.
