Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")  with accompanying Form of Proxy has been sent to shareholders.

 

Primorus' AGM will be held on 15 August 2023 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Keystone Law, 48 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1JF.
