CSS Stellar plc ('the Company') was informed on 8 November that Acquisitor
Holdings Ltd acquired 1,010,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company,
being 3.49% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 4,583,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 15.82% of the
total voting shares in issue.
