Holdings Ltd had acquired 195,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company,
being 0.67% of the total voting shares of the Company in issue.

As a result of this acquisition, the aggregate holding of Acquisitor Holdings
Ltd in the Company is 3,573,000 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 12.3% of the
total voting shares in issue.
